1.001 tonight, I’ll hold off the cold crash for another 24hrs.I was at 1.005 on Tuesday. I’ll be rechecking it later. It’s rather murky, going to cold crash for a couple of days before bottling.
Brew day going well so far, I really enjoy brewing a saison. Aiming for a spicy, earthy wort and an OG in the region of 1.060.I'm getting my offering on tomorrow. Hopefully I haven't left it too late.....

Just checked my Saison,it must be early 4 weeks in the fermentor. It's at 1.004, time to dry hop and cold crash
