Next Saison is from @AJA
Great carbonation and head which lasts, darker than I was expecting but a great colour.
Aroma is very restraint, malt and light spice
Big on flavour, I assume you have used sorachi ace. I have used them loads in the past. I get dill from them some get green peppers.
This has more body that you would expect from a saison, I would be interested in seeing your grain bill.
Nice beer very different to the previous one but that's not a bad thing. I am picking something up at the end, hard to pick out but a slight bit on the palate after the hop fades. As the beer warms you can pick it up on aroma as well. Is this a strong beer
