It's a bit late in the process now but I think you could probably get away with adding more LME or DME - IF you pre-dissolve them first in some hot water. However, triggering off a more vigorous fermentation at this stage may compromise any benefits you were hoping to get from the dry hop.

Sadly adding brewing sugar will up the ABV but will do little to address the lack of body. And if you sprinkle DME in there it will clump together, it always does, it's a sod to get it to dissolve even in very hot water, and as a result it probably wont all ferment out. If you are going to add anything to this beer to try to 'correct' it, in my view its just try some more LME, which the OP has still got in abundance. But personally I'd just bottle it as it is, spend no more money on it, put it down to experience, and treat it as a session beer, or add lemonade and drink it as shandy!

a fine sieve for dme will do the trick, but it's not an ideal solution as terrym says dme sprinkled from the packet directly can clump. the stuff can pour out quicker than you expect. Adding lme could also clump at the bottom of the fv without a stir and it's best not to stir once fermentation had been turning wort into beer. (you risk oxidizing the beer) stir all you like before pitching the yeast of course.
