Leaking tap on barrel

I've had a Youngs bitter in a pressurised barrel for about 2 weeks now and the tap has started leaking. I've moved the nozzle round so it's pointing upwards which seems to have slowed it down. But my question is, can I transfer the beer into bottles without losing any carbonation?

How much pressure is it under? Mine leaks if the barrel is over pressure, so it might be solved by letting some gas off.

I'm not sure to be honest. Bit of a newbie. No added CO2 just the sugar added as per the kit.
