One entry sent in yesterday with an early evening trip to the post office. We have a brilliant fairly local small shop that has a post office in it that is open late every day 7 days a week, which is brilliant for being able to get there outside normal working hours.

2 entries being bottled this week and posted Monday..just deciding on tracked royal mail or parcel force 🤔 tracked royal mail worked for last comp.

I have a big decision to make later. I just popped a saison V2 in the fridge. It's really young but I need to compare with V1 to see which I prefer. I am concerned about the sediment in V1. Last minute as usual 😃

Saison V2. It's not ready, V1 it is

I came in at just over 5kg. The bung on my bottle filler is too small for plastic bottles so they’re in glass. Postage cost around £7 or £8 with RM for standard 2nd class. Happy with both beers, but I’ve brewed better examples of each style in the past.

Postman collecting in the morning. Not expecting a huge score but I would like to see if my intended outcome of the beers is identifiable, if that makes sense.
