I would leave it be until Wednesdayish, that'll be 10 days, if theres no bubbles, take a reading, leave 24 hours and take another. If its the same shes done. If its a little different or looks like there is still some activity give it a gentle stir and leave for another few days.

Update: Took another hydrometer reading this evening, has dropped to 1.008 making it 8%, gonna leave it till Wednesday and do another reading.
