Was it a snake ??Doubt it. I tried the same thing and hit a pipe. It hissed. I left the room quickly.
The freezer coils will be on the bottom part unfortunately so no.Could I cut the bottom piece out of this freezer to fit a keg or 2 inView attachment 64204
Exellent idea I want use the fridge it was belong to a family member and need to keep it in useI would opt for removing the door and adding a collar extension to fit kegs and then putting your door back on.
I think this would be ok if using an inkbird(or similar)One potential issue before you do the above.
The top compartment, is it a freezer compartment? If it is there is no obvious door to it and so I wondered if the main door was shaped to seal the compartment when closed. If so, adding a collar would effectively break this seal and would cause problems as the cooling to the freezer compartment would be trying to lower the temperature of the whole fridge to below zero.
Yes, my keezer uses something similar but I had assumed that this would not be in the plan as this is a fridge and not a freezer. It may well be necessary but puts the cost up by up to £50.I think this would be ok if using an inkbird(or similar)
