Started my first kit ( wherry ) on sunday. Everything when according to plan untill I moved the FV to the location it will say in for the next week.

When lifting it. the vessel flexed and pulled in a small amount of steriliser solouton that I had placed in the air lock.

Fermentation has started OK but will I have ruied the final products tast?

plan to start my first allgrain brew in a few weeks.
 
the small amount of liquid in the air lock will have caused no damage to your brew I think.

I never use an air lock when fermenting beer, just leave an edge of the lid unfastened.
 
I wouldn't worry too much - have a cheeky taste when transferring to a barrell or bottles and see then.
 
Depending on the strength of the solution you should be fine as it's such a small amount, just put the airlock in when it's in it's final position and take it out before you remove the lid or move it for bottling or kegging in the future :thumb:

I just use tap water in mine and never had a problem.
There is enough chlorine in the tap water to keep it ok for a week or so, i also use the red cap on top of the air lock to keep any solids/dust/flies out of it.
 
This happened to me also. :|

I'm thinking it will be fine as it was such a tiny amount - it has been noted for future fermentor moving.
