Perhaps thats why it's called Old Peculier
 
Just a quick update on this post. Think I need a more up to date water report,as locally there is a massive building project underway (a whole council estate pulled down & slowly being rebuilt-1000+ dwellings). Tried a little Gypsum in my brew (a Big Kenny & finally got the hop hit I was missing (maybe the recipe). Happy camper at last. :D
