Hi, I am Paully I have started home brewing again recently, the last time I made a brew was my student days. I have have tried Coopers Candian Lager, Wherry Ale and am currently on my 3rd Brew which is Burton Bridge Porter which under whelmed me at first but I have since been quite taken with it. I have joined this site to try to get some tips on refining my brews and maybe adding a few bits and pieces to also spice it up.
