23ltr Coopers lager bottled.
Been a labour of love lol.
Forgot the yeast so pitched a proper lager yeast.
Racked this the other day. 2nd mistake. Should of added carb sugar then, instead of bottles tonight

Probably nearer 25ltr and my last bottling of the year, (have 18ltr of wine fermenting)
I've drank about 2 pints off the bottom and it's nice straight off so can't wait for it to condition lol.

I took a fg reading so will post about that when i get round to it .

Why not? If you brew a batch of drain cleaner, you've still brewed it!
I sometimes mash overnight or cool overnight so I count my brew on the day I pitch the yeast.
