I think you may be misunderstanding what's going on. I haven't made over 4000 gallons on my own lol.

The total is the forum total for this year.

Ie, on Saturday I started 5 gallons of red wine so I took the previous total of 4053 and added my 5 gallons to it giving 4058. If you started 5 gallons at the weekend you would then add your 5g to the total giving 4063, etc, etc ,etc
