Just pitched the yeast into 10 gallons of friggin'gold - brewed yesterday and cooled overnight - note to self do not switch boiler on with no water in as elements tend to try and catch fire!!! Lucky that my bucket didn't melt - one trip to Tesco and two kettles later = new boiler ! Had to postpone brew to the afternoon but all good in the end !!

4360 gallons :D

done today
5 gallons Muntons Old Conkerwood Ale
5 gallons St.Peters Red Ruby Ale.

Since last updating this, I did :

5 Gal Bohemian Pilsner
5 Gal California Common
2 Gal Scandinavian Sahti
5 Gal Baltic Porter

Brings my total to 29 Gal for 2012.

Forum total standing at 4487 Gal now ! :drunk:

4 gallons Better Brew IPA (about to bottle/keg)
4 gallons Harvest Bitter (just started - got it for free due to Tesco mispricing!)

4495 - wow! Nearly 40,000 pints!
