You know, I've been looking at this thread and wondering in awe how someone brewing at home could have possibly brewed of 4 and a half thousand gallons of booze since January :wha:

So anyway, the old grey matter has finally kicked in (takes a while sometimes I'll grant you) and I'll now add to the total:

5 gallons Coopers Euro Lager (bottled, drinking it already)
5 gallons Wilko Pilsner (in keg, almost ready to drink)
5 gallons Magnum Strawberry Cider with err, Ribena (bottled & conditioning after a little mishap with the Ribena  )
5 gallons John Bull Cider (in the last throes of fermenting)

Plus:
3 gallons of wow (1 bottled, 1 racked & clearing, 1 fermenting)
1 gallon coffee wine (fermenting a bit )

New total = 4639 Gallons
