This year's apple crop from the garden all used for cider.

Got a decent pH at 3.4 and SG at 1055-60.

Used campden, pectolase, yeast nutrient and a blend of two yeasts: the mangrove jack and the lalvin 71B-1122.

As a final touch, some bourbon wood chip.

Very nice. Must better than the worm-riddled russets I got this year!
