My first one is going in the post today. The second one won't be going in to the bottle until next Wednesday so it's going to be tight, it'll only have 4 days to carb before it goes in the post! :-o I best make sure I stick it beside a radiator!

I was like a kid at Christmas today when the Postie dropped two parcels off for me. @Strange-Steve and @JFB you beers arrived today, both well packaged.

Glad to hear they arrived safely and looking forward to some feedback.

I've got something for this. My first competition, how exciting  I'll try and get it packaged up and in the post tomorrow! :thumb:

If I get time to send next week Leon you'll have one from me too. Life is quite hectic at the moment and cant say I was that happy with how my recent pale turned out. I am taking it to a 'do' this weekend though so any positive comments may give me some encouragement.

If it helps, I'm not happy with my entry either.

You have nothing to lose.

Two bottles are on their way to you Leon :thumb:

I'm new to brewing so will be great to get some feedback. The only people who drink my beer is me and a couple of mates, who say its nice but that's it, no expert criticism. Not expecting to win at all, just a bit of fun :thumb:

Cheers

Jas

Will check when I get home. I remember there was not a slightest drop of yeast in the bottle. How do you remove it

It must have gone back in to suspension! I've started cold crashing for 3 days at 1c so don't get huge amounts in there but there is still usually a visible layer.

I will check again. You put the ale name, your name, the abv and bottle date on it.

Two eateries from @bigjas today

Mine is parcelled up and ready to go. It'll be getting dropped off in at the PO in the morning.
