Hi everyone, I've decided to join the forum as I have just brewed my first batch and feel advice may be necessary.

I'm a lover of fairly sweet ciders such as Bulmers, I'm particularly partial to their no17 fruit cider. My ultimate aim is to brew something similar.
I was given a youngs cider kit for christmas and decided to set this brewing while i went away for a week in june, it's currently maturing

I'm sure i'll have plenty of questions soon.
