Hi to all, Just joined as decided I needed my tutoring on my beer. Not because it tastes bad but there is always room for improvement!
I tried making my own beer with malt etc when I was 17 and made a hash of it so now I stick to tinned malt and 'pimp' my own beers as such, though thinking about maybe trying with dry ingredients now at the age of 51!
I have already been gaining info off the site and having just sent off for the components for my own stirrer plate and 'washing' a yeast this eve to save for my next brew.
I have a few questions but I guess I am better asking them in the correct areas.
Cheers all
Pete
