Help with Jam wine recipe please

Hi everyone,

I'm still very new to the site so still feeling my way around. I want a good recipe for Jam wine, as in from a jar from the supermarket, and I have not been able to find one. I typed in Jam wine under the Wine recipes section and couldn't see anything. Maybe there aren't any on there or am I just not searching in the right way.
