Hi all,

ok, so I’ve had my BZ a little while, and I like it but I’m wanting to brew larger batches. So I’m looking at going for 3V, it’s this or I’ll go for a larger all in one. But I think 3V gives me more flexibility.

I’m hoping to build a 100ltr setup to allow me to end up with 3 kegs of fermented brew. Which makes a brew day much more worthwhile.

now, my aim is to have a setup that I can clean in place. Does this exist? I don’t really want to have to take the kettles off the bench or move them. Once they’re on I want them to stay there.

I’m wanting to go all electric, with a panel somewhere, and transfer via pumps.

I’m happy to buy used gear as it’ll keep costs down. But I’m a bit lost with 3V, all in one is obviously loads easier.

I’m wanting to do all transferring under pressure so might stick to a PET fermenter as I liked the last lager i brewed doing that

I’ll stick to mainly lager brews as-it’s just enjoyable.

so. Help! I really need to put a complete kit list together.
