I've just doscovered what you all have known for so long...
...the tremendous satisfaction of making your own wine.
Five weeks after starting, we now have a delicious quantity of sauvignon blanc (despite the many mistakes
made along the way, which I'll get into on the correct forum sub-section)
I'm now well and truly hooked. Have a red that is hitting 4 weeks and due for some testing today
plus a chardonnay that has just gone through its wild first week fermentation
Looking forward to learning heaps from the experienced on this forum and (hopefully one day) contributing some experience myself.
