Hello everyone,

My name is Lou and I'm currently writing this as I wait for my first wort (is this the right word?) to cool before I pitch my yeast.

I'm doing a Brewferm Tarweiber, which I have read is a little shaky for a first brew, so I'll keep anyone interested updated.
