Hi all. Im new on the forum. I live, work and brew in Pretoria, South Africa... Started out with kits a couple of months ago, slowly progressed to partial and the next brew in two week's time will be the first all-grain of many! Started off with the usual 30L fermenter and after the first batch decided to expand. Now brewing with a 30L as well as a 60L vessel... 6x cases of 440ml's every two weeks or so!!![emoji16]
Big wheat beer fan, Paulaner is the holy grail...
Love a good stout as well, but not as much as our last batch of ginger beer!
