Hello everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself to the homebrew community!
My name is Adam and I'm a 31 year old first time beer brewer from Bristol. I currently have a coopers Draught kit on the go in the my dining room, sat quite happily on a heat tray. I have decided to leave it cooking for 2 weeks, after reading some very helpful posts on this forum. Will start checking for a stable final gravity next friday.
I will be looking to transfer to another fermenting bin and mix with my priming sugar and beer finings and then into 1.5ltr PET bottles.
Any advice to guide me during the transfer process would be greatly received?
I shall then be storing them at fermenting temperature for another 2 weeks in the bottles prior to storage in the garage and fridge.
If all goes well I shall attempt a bigger batch for my upcoming home wedding in the summer!
Well that's my introduction, I'm sure I will be a regular visitor asking for all manner of brewing advice, Thanks for your time.
