Hi there. The names Steve and im in Glasgow. Im new to this game and ive just bottled my second brew, a tom caxton kit. First kit was john bull brown ale which turned out drinkable at first :? and matured into an ok beer . This time ive used coopers beer enhancer with the tom caxton dark real ale and im eager to see how it turns out but im gonna leave it for at least 4 weeks :whistle: .
