Hello everyone I'm reintroducing myself , as I had a go at home brewing about a year ago , and to cut a long story short I had a couple of disasters with kits and TC. Now i'm back I have a tc on the go and am gonna attempt a st peters ipa and a coopers ozzie lager. Currently the Tc is looking good should be ready for bottling in the next day or two. Any top tips for the ipa and lager greatly appreciated. Have already picked up loads of info and know where I went wrong last time.

Cheers everyone

Hello... Welcome on board!

Tips for the Coopers Lager, use a beer enhancer or spray malt instead of sugar, brew longer than they say and then bottle it for as long as your patience will hold out... I've had no problems with any of the 15 or so Coopers kits I've now done, so in my opinion & experience they are a really good & well priced starting point. :D
