Thanks, also to Stubbs, I've got the fidge in a cellar currently at 15C. So I'll have a go with this set up. :thumb:

Look up Aquael Thermostab TS 500. There are a few different models available, Agree with StubbsPKS on the STC as you could use it in the future if you make a lagering fridge, mine is simple to use tho' as you just plug in the brew belt or heating mat etc etc they are rated at 500w so you could, if you had the reason run 20 brew belts as they are rated at 25w
