I did that little job this morning to extend the temperature control knob for the glycol chiller. Didn’t take long but the brew-shed (and the day) went from 13C to 19C in those few minutes.

Going down to Headcorn tomorrow to see my mate take a flight in one for his 60th birthday present from his Mrs.A Spitfire just flew low over the house as I’m boiling the bittering addition of Saaz. I love the sound of that engine, soooo good! We get them fly over quite often through the summer months on their way to/from air shows.
