According to Beersmith, I need 11.6g of dry yeast for a brew. I am using Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell which is 10g a packet. Will I be under pitching by too much if I don't use any more? I have some yeast nutrient, will this make up for the slight under pitch?

This can be taken with a pinch of salt because it's based on an assumed number of cells per gram which is not easy information to come by. Estimates range from 5 to 20 billion cells per gram.
