Some iffy stuff is coming out now, it is alleged he spilt something on his trousers and a young female staff member started to wipe it off he grabbed her round the back of the head and started grinding his hips as if she was hiving him ********, another one was he ran into a room naked apart from a sock on his ****, I think we can safely say more like this is going to surface and he is finished as he cannot prove it's untrue.

You mean that people shouldn't jump to conclusions until all the facts are established? It'll never catch on.

I hope it isn't true but when you have 13 professional people who you would think have no axe to grind with a well known telly celebrity coming out with stories like this you have got to ask yourself why are they doing it what have they to gain?

Interetsing dynamics at work today. Opinion was split by age. Over 35s. And you ger with With life experience “he may well be leary but he is a product of his age they traded in his persona and cockney attitude. If it was an issue they should have stopped it long ago. Its just a press feeding frenzy lets see what actual evidence comes out. Loads of unproven allegations so far. And hasnt helped himself
Those under 30 and those with limited life experience “OMG totes perv init. . “.

It's the BBC that is toxic time and time again and still they do not learn.

It doesn't sound like he's ever been given a final warning, so I'm guessing he's never taken the warnings that seriously. Then suddenly he's being hounded like he's the latest Jimmy Saville instead of just an annoying tw*t. If his behaviour is unacceptable in a modern workplace give him a final warning and then sack him if he continues, but don't get it out of proportion. For what it's worth, it does sound like there's a class element to this too.

He could be a contractor. In which case, none of that would apply.
