Had the girlfriend on the phone for over an hour so looks like I'll be starting it tomorrow now. She just doesn't seem to share the same enthusiasm for beer making as I'm developing. When I told her that in a few weeks she would change her mind when it put her on her back she replied...
"Darling it's not your beer that normally puts me on my back" :rofl:

I'll just have to keep reading until tomorrow. Loving the forum and everyone's enthusiasm for their craft :thumb:
