They have a mini-series since the attack on the US Capitol called 'Behind the Insurrections.'

They compare historical fascist coups with the recent attack on the US capitol that was inspired by former President Trump.

Come on Mods do your job, why is this Pro Trump nonsense still allowed here by some of the swivel eyed loon community when you shunted the Negative Brexit thread to the other side where members like me can’t read what’s being commented upon I ask myself?

For starters its not my place to take sides and decide what is and isn;t allowed politically on here.

We have as many controversial left wing views on here as right, I don't agree with either but I tend to stay out of it, As long as people are being respectful and all that, otherwise ignore them. People do not complain when the thread only supports arguments and bashing which they align too.

Plus given the way our lifes have been turned upside down I dont sit here and read it all, lifes tough enough to balance everything as it is. But if there are rule breaking actvity use the report button so we can get notified and deal with it there and then before it descends into 4 pages.

Do i really need to keep posting this (quote below) i have asked members not to respond to posts they feel need removing yet you ignore my request again and do exactly the opposite.

I have asked many times for members to report posts as its the quickest way for the mods to see if there is something that needs to be removed, answering the posts you refer to or leaving them in the thread allows more members to answer/quote them and by the time we see them (by accident rather than report) there is no point in removing them as the damage is already done it also means we have to trawl through several posts to make sure no one has quoted the post you want removing, this makes our job harder

We are going round in circles, the post you refer to doesn't break any rules and will not be removed and in future if you have a problem with something posted here follow the instructions below do not answer it, this is my final word on this.

I don't have to read the article to know that 'not looking at the evidence' in most of these cases means that the court dismissed the case as not having 'standing'. Standing describes the courts jurisdiction over the matter, and their legal ability to award the damages requested by the plaintiff. In a lot of these cases the remedy Trump's lawyers wanted was to throw out legally cast votes, or to disqualify all votes in certain (all democratic) districts.

So as an example, if a request to throw out votes in a Maryland district is made to the Texas supreme court it would be dismissed on standing, as the Texas court doesn't have the ability or authority to enforce the remedy.

In short, 'the evidence wasn't looked at' because the court couldn't make a judgement on it, and that is because some of Trump's lawyers are idiots and can't write a coherent legal argument, or they're trying to fight a case in the wrong court.

Every time one of these cases made it to a judge none of trump's lawyers were willing to claim under oath there was any actual fraud, knowing damn well that they'd get in trouble for lying to a judge.

I would certainly believe the mainstream media over any social media/internet only news any day. Personally I don't take any newspapers but do read and watch BBC, ITV and Sky news on-line and on TV. Not perfect but they do have a regulator. For international news I tend to go for Reuters.

Does filing lawsuits to discount legally cast votes not count as influencing the election?

I wonder if the reason the mainstream media is 'against' Trump isn't necessary because of a conspiracy, but because the majority of people think he's not a very good person (or president for that matter). As evidence, he had the lowest approval rating of any president.

Edit: I should say that I have no particular love for Biden but surely he can't do a worse job than the Donald.
