just tasted my first done by my fair hand all grain all i can say is that it was worth the hours genning up on here, its the dark side all the way now (a big thankyou to all who helped with what may have seemed silly questions), and who gave the the most important thing...the confidence to do it.. too all of you i say cheers and thankyou.......oh and the irish red ale is great as well : :

I had a taste of my dads Festival Landlord kit last night - then had a taste of my first AG TT Landlord.

There was no comparison - the mouthfeel and body in the AG was heads and shoulders above the kit version (even though the kit is very good)
