Giving your bag a wee squeeze

I put my hops inside a mesh netting bag during the boil and i always give the bag a wee squeeze at the end to extract the remaining juices from my hops. Does anyone else do this ? Is it right or wrong to do this ? cheers

in which case, yes I do squeeze my hop bag.
