It seems my regulator gauge connected to my corny keg measuring pressure in the keg is reading circa 3 psi above the actual pressure. I have checked this against 3 spunding valves and every time I connect the spunding valve the reading on the gauge is circa 3 psi lower than what the regulator gauge read.
I guess the spunding valves gauges must be correct but is this possible that the regulator gauge could be that inaccurate? If so, looks like I need a new regulator gauge.

Yes, gauges are often out by quite a lot and can drift quite a bit as they get older, a good quality replacement should cost less than a tenner. Personally I wouldn't bother changing it as it sounds like you have an easy way to double check the reading and if it's consistantly out by 3psi then better the devil you know imo.

thanks very much for the feedback. The regulator and gauge is all fairly new, would 3psi inaccuracy justify getting a replacement from the supplier (if they agree)?
 
If it's still under guarantee then I'd definitely try to get it replaced under warranty, a manufacturer will probably only be paying about 2 quid for a gauge so it's no big deal to them and 3 psi is over 25% inaccuracy if charging to 11psi. The may argue it got a knock at some point, shocks can throw them out a lot but I don't think they'll put up any argument.

just to clarify (and its only Tuesday), I may have confused all in the above post - when the regulator gauge reads 10psi, the spunding valve gauge actually reads 5 psi higher. Therefore when putting what I think is 10psi of co2 in the corny, I am actually putting in 15psi.
 
So nearer 50% than 25%? Tbh, that sounds like too much inaccuracy, with everything disconected is the needle going back to zero or its stop if it has one? 10% inaccuracy would be fairly common, 20% excessive but not unheard of but 50% isn't really possible with a gauge that appears to be working correctly
