Mondays brew is going to be this
my version of Fursty Ferret

Original Gravity (OG): 1.046 (°P): 11.4
Final Gravity (FG): 1.012 (°P): 3.1
Alcohol (ABV): 4.52 %
Colour (SRM): 12.0 (EBC): 23.6
Bitterness (IBU): 30.2 (Average)

83.33% Pale Malt Crisp
8.33% Crystal 120
8.33% Wheat Malt

1.1 g/L Fuggles (5.2% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
1 g/L Cascade (5% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil)
1 g/L East Kent Golding (5.5% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
1 g/L Styrian Golding (5.2% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)

0.2 g/L Protofloc @ 10 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 67°C for 120 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 21°C with Safale S-04

hmmm must have hit the recipe on the head first time.....

Anyway update on this brew is that I'm going to double it and do a 38 litre brew. After the boil I'm going to split it between 2 fermenters and use diff yeasts and dry hops with each one.
Fursty ferret and parched polecat or similar..... :D
 
Sounds really good, I like late addition styrians! a la Timothy Taylor. What yeast will you use next time?
 
still looking into that. sa04 for one, poss Notty for the other.... dry hops I'm still looking into.
