I have bottled up 2 sorts of these today.. Tesco's own ones Apple & Blackcurrant and Red Berries.. my oh my.. LUSH... if they taste this good now.. they will be amazing in few weeks.. and in time for christmas.. BONUS :thumb:

Now I will be purchasing more in the shopping

I can safely say that you wont be disappointed by Strawberry and Mango and Blackcurrant, Ginseng and Vanilla! :cheers:
 
Second that on the strawberry and mango.....mine is about to be bottled, tastes amazing :) I started mine with 1kg sugar, and stopped it 1.010 so it was a med/sweet wine :) still 14.5% tho :) the cherry and cinnamon is amazing too, should be a lovely drink at xmas :)
 
With the Strawberry and Mango i stopped it at 1010 and it tasted lovely! :thumb:

I am doing a Blackcurrant, Ginseng and Vanilla one which i am going to ferment out and backsweeten by way of experiment.

I'll let you know how it turns out :cheers:
 
Bottled the srawberry and mango tonight, it's fantastic! :thumb: I have Cinnamon and Cherry clearing at the moment and I currently have 3 tea wines fermenting,a twinings blackberry and nettle, a lord nelson (Lidl) Morello Cherry and an experiment with a second soak on the morello cherry, with 5 Masala Chai teabags thrown in, should turn out like a nice mulled/spiced cherry wine, I'll keep you posted on it :) :cheers:
 
Once the wife tasted the Twinings Strawberry, Raspberry & Loganberry they were all gone in no time. She doesn't want any more WOW, just the tea bag wines, fermented out then back sweetened to just above a medium. Going to be 15 litres on the go tomorrow.

I think I've hit the G Spot, or would that be the T Spot! :party:
 
Any recipe/technique suggestions for these?
Never tried making wine but for some reason this tickles my fancy and I might have a shot.
 
+1 for strawberry and mango!

done a few of these myself they always turn out nice.
Blackberry and nettle
chamomile and spiced apple
chamomile vanilla and honey
strawberry, raspberry and loganberry
blackcurrant
cinnamon and cherry

I have 5 dj's at various stages of fermenting and clearing and they all have promise.
Cant remember the others but have prob done more flavours

I stop mine at 1000 and they seem perfect.
 
Just an update on my fruit teabag wines- the Cranberry, Raspberry & Echinacea is lush, but the Rosehip is gross... Anyone else tried Rosehip teabag wine or did something just go wrong with my batch?!
