Hi, selling up my 3 vessel system. Used this for around 30 brews ranging from 40 litre batch sizes to 80 litre. Could probably squeeze 90 litre batch sizes if you were feeling brave, but 80 seems to be the biggest batch size without risking brimming full vessels. Have loads of sundry equipment as well so the photo's I have so far only show the vessels but there is alot more.

2x Blichman Engineering boilermaker G2 vessel (see here for more details: https://www.blichmannengineering.com/boilermaker-g2), fully equipped with whirlpool ports, false bottoms and 2 inch triclamp heating element ports. One is 20 US gallons and the other 30 US gallons. I used the smaller one as a HLT (the insulated one in the photo's) and the larger one as the kettle. Both have 5.5KW heating elements installed, but this is a bit of overkill for these volumes and you could get away with lower power elements to suit your electrical outlets.

1x 20 US Gallon SS Brewtech Insfusion mash tun. This is a totally insulated vessel and easily holds temperature over a 60 minute mash if you're single infusion mashing. Includes the pure flow valve which is not in the photo. Also can be used with a RIMS. I initially used with RIMS, but later moved to single infusion (see here for details https://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/product/ss-brewtech-infussion-mash-tun-20-gal/)

RIMS tube. I have a 3.3kw element and a 1.5kw element.
Counter flow chiller and a brazed plate chiller
SS Brewtech mash manifold
Blichman Autosparge
2 Chugger pumps
Blichmann hop rocket
2 stainless steel stands

So everything you need to get set up with a versatile 3 vessel system.

For control I have a self built control panel I can supply for spares. Currently not working as one of the Solid State Relay's has blown (cheap Chinese variety typically lasted for about 4 or so brews before blowing so I always had spares and replaced as required). I would not trust my electrical build skills, and there is no way it conforms to any electrical regulations, but having said that it has been safe and reliable for me, apart from cheap Chinese SSR's, but that would be solved by using better quality components and ideally larger heat sinks, but there is a good couple of hundred quids worth of parts so would be a useful donor if you were looking to build your own control system. But to be honest you can get away without a control system unless you're using the RIMS. I found if you don't mind a more aggressive boil then just leaving the element on through the boil is fine, though might limit your max kettle volume to avoid spilling over.

I do have a bunch of hoses with it, but to be honest they're all a bit worse for wear and probably overdue needing replacing, but happy to supply if wanted or at least all the various cam lock fittings so you can make up new hoses.

£1200 for job lot.

Yeah it's all good gear. I'd keep it if I could. I'm still home brewing, but with a little sideline. All legal and above board of course, but requires some investment, or more accurately the need to pay back investment already made, hence the need to raise some capital.
