first T.C tester help plzzzzzz

first tc tester i have changed the t.c mixture and have me and a freind have done to batch his is the normal t.c that i read on here. and mine is the following.

1 litre apple juice heated up then i added tea spoon of yeast
then lemon juice 100g sugar
. left to cool down a bit.

then added 3.5 litres of apple juice. stuck in 5 litre container put bubbler on .

its bubbleing realy well whats the chances of this madness tasteing any good. ????
also how long should it be till its ready to bottle and then drink ish ????

It's got every chance of tasting good!
Bottle at end of ferment, 7 to 10 days(ish).
Store for at least 4 weeks or until clear; the longer you keep it, the better it gets.
