Oh, I wouldn't call myself a sage. More of a Rosemary (although only on weekends... :grin: )

I'm going to leave the bottles alone, I didn't use sugar to carbonate them I used the drops I got with my kit.

Hi I have same tackle as you and I am now on beer 11 my advice is as soon as you bottle get another started ASAP and try leaving it as long as possible I usually leave it in fv for 2 weeks then siphon to secondary for a week then siphon to bottling bucket and bottle leave in room temp for a week then somewhere cooler for at least 2 ! Keep going if you like lagers try better brew pilsner

Ten days on in the bottle and I thought I'd have a taste....not a good idea in hindsight lol, tasted a bit tangy and not too good.
