First bottle of WOW variant tried and tested :)

Very naughty of me, as it was only bottled on Sunday; but I took a bottle of grape/apple WOW-type to a friends house on Monday night, and it received a big thumbs up :)

Hoping for more positive reviews when I take samples back to the UK in October :

Hi Casey, see I've joined now too.

My first DJ of grape and apple wine has been going great guns for 3 days now. The recipe is brilliant. So much better than the winemaking book I have.

Sometimes it takes several days for my wine to kick start, but using WOW recipe, it starting fermenting after half an hour and is still going like a train! :
