Any thoughts on this one?
Muntons Flagship Hazy IPA
It was one of my first brews when I returned to brewing, and I thought it was really good, but the last few bottles tasted a bit strange. Possibly the PET bottles? (I was still collecting bottles / kegs/ etc, and ran out of glass bottles).
Anyway, I've put another batch on today - will see how it goes.....

I can't quite remember if I've made this kit once or twice but either way I remember it was excellent and so much so I have another one waiting to be brewed.

My take on hoppy beers, such as this, is that they need to be drunk fresh. I put my beer in corny kegs and with this I'll usually start drinking it after 3-4 weeks conditioning and carbonation (or less if the stocks are low!). Over time the hop aroma and flavour tends to diminish which is maybe what you are experiencing.

Schoolboy error. Supposed to add first hops 24 hours after starting this one, I forgot. Now at day 10 - I've just added the hops. Instructions say add the second lot of hops after 7-10 days. So two loads of hops bunged in, and hoping it'll turn out ok.
