Hi there
I have started my very first home brew ever on Monday, I made a simple turbo cider as it seemed the be the very least complicate brew I could find.
About an hour after I pitched my yeast she started bubbling, by the following day she was bubbling every 2 seconds but by yesterday evening she slowed down to one bubble say every ten seconds.
My question is, is this anything to worry about or am I just being paranoid? should she have slowed down this soon?
Any help would be really appreciated.
Chris
