Hi all,
Ive just had a beer fermenting in its in1st stage since 06/05/17 will it be okay to still go ahead and bottle.
I don't normally do this I normally leave 3 weeks but I had a family emergency and had to go out of the country and only got back on Thursday.
There is not a bad smell to it.
The beers are
ST peters golden ale
Wilko stout with a full tin of treacle in there.
UPon looking at the fermenting bucket there is a slight film, on the top of both but I think that is just the krausen which is left over.
Any advice many thanks
