So brewed my first all grain beer yesterday I pitch the yeast and prepared the valve with serialised water. I attached the valve but when I moved the bucket some of the serialised water when in the bucket. Will this kill all the yeast or will it be ok..

No, it won't kill the yeast. It's just a bit more water. Your beer will be fine
