Hi everyone and hope you accept this request from a newbie. I am aiming t start shortly on a hobby of making my own wine and beer, and i am about to construct a fermentation cabinet which will a insulated and heated lower half and storage upper half. I have noticed from various sections on this forum that a lot of people on here use a reconstituted fridge. Would i need this instead of a wooden cabinet. I am not going to be doing larger just wine beer and cider. Any hints would be most welcome.
