It is time to take a look at the new second version of the Fermentasaurus which is known as the Fermzilla.

Within this video, I take you on a guided tour of this new and improved version. This is not available in most world markets yet but it will be very soon. Despite having limited experience with it I have to say that I am very impressed so far and because of this I feel it is worthy of peoples attention, hence this video.

I will follow up later with a review giving my full thoughts on how it performs once I have more time with it and can form a final opinion.

As usual, thank you for all your kind support and enthusiasm for my channel.

Please keep your questions, feedback and requests coming but please give me some time to answer, I get a lot of messages and answer them in the order they were sent in, particularly those on Facebook messenger tend to stack up! If you are comfortable then please ask questions within Facebook groups, forums or Youtube, so that others can also either benefit or contribute.

Happy brewing!

I am almost certainly going to get one. Will also need to get a bigger fermentation chamber. I see Brewkegtap have them on pre-order at £110. That seems like a bit of a bargain to me given what you can do with this thing.

Is it correct that the ones from Brewkegtap at £110 do not include the pressurisation bits.
I would assume not at that price. I got the mark 1 without any of the pressure gubbins with 25% off for £95.

I keep thinking about this, I want to get 2 fermenters for the fermentation shed on my wife's farm. I love my SS Brewbucket as I can bottle straight from the fermenter. Is that possible on the fermzilla?

You can either bottle from the bottom valve using the hose spur or if you get the pressure kit you can bottle using a beer gun.

I do the beer gun as I can co2 purge and fill from the FS with no trub if I want to share any beers.

Do you CO2 purge with a separate CO2 tank or is there a way to use the co2 made from the beer?

I use a co2 tank and do both. I use a splitter and pressurise the FS and then the co2 to flush the bottle.

You can carbonate naturally with priming each bottle of you want. Or you can carbonate in the FS and then just bottle from there.

Probably a stupid question, but if you were to ferment under pressure I assume you're going to need to add CO2 in to the fermenter, or can you use the gas given off by the yeast to partially carb the beer?
