Thought I would like to share a Simple Modification to a F/V Lid with you.
I have fitted a Standard Youngs Airlock Rubber Bung to my F/V lid to which a Standard Youngs AirLock Bubbler is fitted along with a Standard Youngs Thermometer allowing clearance between Airlock and Thermometer.
I now do not have to undo the lid to check Fermentation or Temperture as the Bubbler tells me about whats going on in the F/V and the Thermometer can be easerly read by removing from the top of the Bubbler.
(Sounds about as clear as mud so I have posted 4 pics hope you get the gist of it)
