If you've never used parsnips in a wine, parsnip wine comes fully recommended by me. And I hate parsnips.

Hops now 12 g of Target @ 40 mins, and 9 g of Centennial (changed from Challenger, but the difference is probably moot) @-10 mins.

Dry-hopping as above. Priming now set at 2.3 g per bottle. I think that is my last word on the subject!
