I started with extract brewing and eventually moved to all-grain. The control over the brewing process and the ability to experiment with different grains and flavors really appealed to me.
kit, kit plus hops yeast change, then dme/dwe all the way, sometimes with a mini mash for those types of beer where dme/dwe doesn't cut itWho amoung you started with extract and moved to all-grain and who stayed with extract?
